Summary:

The Senior Manager of Cloud Infrastructure Services will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and operations of cloud infrastructure and data analytics services for clients. This includes leading a team of IT professionals to manage the initial deployment and ongoing support of cloud solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery and operations of client IT infrastructure on public cloud platforms.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including business analysts, cloud engineers, system engineers, and support analysts.
• Manage department budget and cost control.
• Review project scope and associated statements of work, contributing to large deal reviews.
• Establish and maintain efficient, scalable service delivery and operational processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Ensure engineering teams accurately log hours, monitor team progress, and manage performance.
• Manage service level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs), ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds agreed-upon metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and high-quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operations.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure department effectiveness and performance.
• Analyze client feedback and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud services delivery and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of common application and cloud migration strategies.
• AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
