A leading telecommunications company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Enterprise Domain Development Tech Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of enterprise-level solutions. In this role, you will be a driving force in shaping the company’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business goals. You will provide technical leadership, oversee system architecture, and guide development teams in delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide design strategies and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term technology vision.
- Solution Architecture: Design and architect scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions across multiple domains, including CRM, Billing, and Rating systems, with a focus on Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and technical governance.
- Cloud-Native Solutions: Oversee the development and implementation of cloud-native architectures, focusing on scalability, reliability, and automation.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into detailed technical designs, action plans, and roadmaps.
- DevOps Implementation: Ensure DevOps best practices are implemented across development and deployment processes, leveraging CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, provide architectural guidance, and ensure high-quality coding standards across development teams.
- Implementation Oversight: Work closely with development teams to oversee implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and optimal performance.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in Billing and Rating systems, ensuring proper integration and alignment with business needs.
- Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying areas for optimization and improvement in system performance, scalability, and business impact.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Agile Adoption: Support the enterprise in adopting agile development practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation within the telecommunications industry or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role with a strong focus on enterprise systems (CRM, Billing, Customer Experience platforms).
- Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Agile project management experience (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with telecom regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
