Large IT Services company in Singapore is currently hiring the position below:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Account Manager to join an expanding team.  In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and nurturing long-term partnerships that drive growth and satisfaction. You will be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at all levels of client organizations, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Portfolio Growth: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, responsible for revenue generation and exceeding sales targets. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and effectively present, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, product, support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Client Advocacy: Proactively address client needs and concerns, escalating complex issues as needed and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Account Analysis: Track and analyze key account metrics, including usage data and performance indicators, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Solution Delivery: Present and demonstrate solutions that effectively address client objectives and drive value.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline, with a preference for technology-related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in a solutions-oriented sales role, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and leading a small team of individual sales contributors is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the telecommunications and/or system integration industries is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and planning skills to effectively assess client needs and develop strategic account plans.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
  • Results Orientation: Driven to achieve results and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
