Job Description
Large IT services company in Singapore currently hiring the position of Applications Sales Manager.
Regional Coverage: Singapore
- Become an expert: Stay up-to-date on the latest application modernization technologies and trends.
- Understand client needs: Work with clients to identify their business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
- Build relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor.
- Generate leads: Identify and qualify potential new clients and sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales process: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Work with a team: Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and other internal teams to create and deliver winning solutions.
- Track progress: Manage your sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Manage accounts: Develop account strategies, conduct regular business reviews, and work to renew contracts.
- Provide excellent service: Ensure clients receive timely support and resolution of any issues.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: A degree in Engineering or a related field, plus at least 8 years of experience in a relevant industry (government, telecom, IT).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of application modernization technologies (low-code/no-code, BPA, RPA, SaaS integration).
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals.
- Relationship Management Skills: Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
