    • Optimised the inference speed of an agent-powered chatbot, leading to a 4x improvement in response time while maintaining performance across multiple critical evaluation metrics, significantly enhancing user experience and efficiency.
    • Enhanced the agent-powered chatbot to a multi-modal system by adding Speech-to-Text and a Text-to-Speech models, enabling seamless text and audio interactions for a conversational, chat-like user experience.
