I am an experienced IT professional with over 10 years of background in software development, database administration, and data engineering. I have worked in various industries, including banking, healthcare, and business services. I have practical experience with technologies such as C#, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, AWS, and Azure. Currently, I work as a Senior Data Engineer at Axos Business Center, where I handle data migration, support cost-saving efforts in cloud systems, and participate in technical reviews and hiring. In my previous roles at companies like Alorica, Saudi German Hospital, and Accenture, I was involved in developing reports, improving database performance, and managing data processes. I hold a degree in Information Technology and have also taken graduate-level IT courses. I am familiar with ITIL service processes and use AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot to help with daily tasks. I also enjoy mentoring junior team members and helping improve project workflows.
